Children, teens, and adults
I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, understood, and accepted for who you are. My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I’ll meet you where you are and work alongside you to better understand what you’re experiencing and what you would like to be different.
Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, stress, relationships, self-esteem, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, we’ll work together to identify your strengths, build useful skills, and find strategies that fit your life. I recognize that everyone comes to therapy with different experiences and needs, so I tailor our work to you rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
I believe you are the guiding force in your own life. My role is not to tell you who to be or what your path should look like, but to walk alongside you as you explore what is happening beneath the surface.
My approach is person-centered, strengths-based, trauma-informed, neuroaffirming, and identity-affirming. I also incorporate mindfulness and somatic awareness to help you notice what is happening not only in your thoughts, but also in your emotions and body.
I recognize that our struggles do not exist in isolation. Identity, relationships, culture, systems, and the environments we move through can all influence how we understand ourselves and the choices available to us. Together, we can explore these influences while keeping your voice, values, and goals at the center of the work.
