Brainspotting with Art

Brainspotting + Creative Expression Group
This four-session virtual group blends Brainspotting—a focused therapy that uses eye positions to access and release stored emotional experiences—with simple creative expression to deepen insight and calm the nervous system. Art becomes a bridge between feeling and awareness, helping participants express what words can’t always capture. No artistic skill needed—just curiosity and openness. This is not an art therapy group; it’s a therapeutic space led by a licensed therapist trained in Brainspotting.

Sessions are interactive, supportive, and geared toward real-life situations teens are actually dealing with. No prior experience needed—just a willingness to show up and try.
