I believe therapy should be a supportive and collaborative process where clients feel understood, respected, and empowered to make meaningful changes. My goal is to create a welcoming space where children, teens, and adults can explore challenges, build on their strengths, and develop skills that help them thrive both now and in the future.
I enjoy working with individuals who are navigating ADHD, anxiety, behavioral concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, school challenges, and life transitions. Together, we identify goals, build practical coping strategies, and develop tools that support long-term growth and success.
I recognize that every person is unique, and I tailor therapy to meet each client's individual needs, strengths, and circumstances.
Therapy with me is practical, supportive, and focused on helping you make progress toward your goals. Depending on your needs, sessions may include learning coping skills, improving emotional regulation, strengthening communication, building confidence, or developing strategies for managing ADHD and anxiety.
For children and teens, I work closely with families when appropriate to support growth across home, school, and other important environments. My goal is to help clients feel more confident, capable, and equipped to handle life's challenges.
