I enjoy working with individuals and families from all walks of life. I believe we all have a unique story and need a safe space in order to share and process that story. My passion is working with children, teens, and young adults, especially those who are often labeled as difficult, misguided, or troubled. I also love working with adults, especially those struggling with trauma backgrounds, attachment disruptions, and/or mental health challenges.
I am trained in Somatic Experiencing, ART, Brainspotting, and TF-CBT. I am a firm believer that in order to heal it, we have to feel it. I am also trained in Experiential Play Therapy and Filial Play Therapy. I have a furnished play room as well as an art station where we do numerous art therapy techniques. You will often find me covered in paint or slime!
I have a social work background and am relationship based, meaning I believe the most important thing in the therapy room is the therapeutic relationship. I work very hard to make sure each individual that comes in feels safe and validated in this space.
I specialize in trauma recovery using Brainspotting and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), approaches that allow clients to process and resolve traumatic memories rapidly and effectively. By combining ART with mindfulness-based techniques and somatic interventions, I help clients release emotional pain and reclaim their sense of safe

For adolescents and young adults struggling with depression and anxiety, I navigate clients through Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), a skills-based approach that teaches practical coping strategies to manage intense emotions, improve relationships, and build resilience. Whether you're facing academic pressures, social challenges, or family conflict, DBT can provide you with the tools you need to thrive.
In addition, I provide perinatal mental health support for individuals navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and infertility issues. From pregnancy loss and infertility struggles to postpartum depression and anxiety, I empathize with and advocate for compassionate and specialized care to support you through every stage of your journey to parenthood.
I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I am committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, develop coping skills, and create positive changes in your life.
I understand that taking the first step can feel daunting, and it takes courage to begin this journey towards healing. I'm truly honored to offer my support and guidance every step of the way. Reach out today to schedule a consultation, and together, we'll explore how I can best support you on your path to healing and growth.

My experience working on the transitional care unit at Episcopal Church Homes has given me the opportunity to work with individuals, families, and organizations. This role allowed me to develop skills in assessment, crisis intervention, and collaborative care.
As I continue to grow as a clinician, I am especially passionate about working with young adults, couples, and older adults.
