Children, teens, young adults, adults, and families
I believe everyone has a unique story and deserves a safe, supportive space to share and process that story. My goal is to create an environment where you feel heard, understood, and valued as we work together toward healing and growth.
I am especially passionate about working with children, teens, and young adults, particularly those who may feel misunderstood, overwhelmed, or labeled as "difficult." I also enjoy supporting adults who are navigating trauma, attachment wounds, life transitions, and mental health challenges.
My approach is relationship-based and grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when people feel safe, connected, and supported. I strive to build strong therapeutic relationships where clients can explore their experiences, develop insight, and build confidence in their ability to move forward.
I believe healing happens when we allow ourselves to safely experience and process difficult emotions rather than avoid them. Depending on your needs, therapy may include talk therapy, body-based approaches, play therapy techniques, creative interventions, or trauma-processing work.
For children, I offer a dedicated play therapy space and incorporate experiential activities, art, and play-based techniques to help children express themselves, build coping skills, and process difficult experiences in developmentally appropriate ways.
