Birch Tree Mental Health was co-founded in 2023 by Teresa and Lucy, two seasoned mental health professionals who have collaborated in various therapeutic settings since 2008. With a combined total of 24 years of experience in therapy, Teresa and Lucy have cultivated a deep understanding of the human psyche and a passion for guiding individuals towards personal growth and healing.
