Ever wonder why you shut down when you’re anxious? Or why the same emotional patterns keep repeating—no matter how hard you try to change? These aren’t just habits—they’re rooted in earlier life experiences, shaped by relationships, environments, and messages we may not even be aware of. Life tends to echo itself until we pause to understand the “why” behind what we feel and do. Therapy is not about fixing what’s “broken”—it’s about understanding what’s been carried, how it’s shaped you, and how to create space for new ways of living, feeling, and relating. If you're ready to do the deeper work, I’d be honored to work with you.
I bring specialized experience in working with people navigating Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI), offering trauma-informed, compassionate support grounded in deep listening and relational care. I trained at the Minnesota Psychoanalytic Society and Institute (MPSI), and I bring warmth, insight, and a touch of humor to the process.
I don’t believe in a bandaid approach to therapy. Coping strategies like deep breathing can be helpful, but they often aren’t enough to shift the deeper patterns that drive anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or a persistent sense of being stuck. You deserve more than symptom management-you deserve meaningful and lasting change.

I work with adults navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, or the feeling that they’re
“stuck” in old patterns. My style is intuitive, compassionate, and direct, with room for plenty of
humor and creativity. I especially enjoy supporting women and clients experiencing ADHD-like
symptoms to better understand themselves and move through life with more clarity and ease.
I’m also passionate about helping clients brainstorm and plan around career changes, job
transitions, and launching small businesses.
As part of both the neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ communities, I’m committed to creating a
space where you feel safe to explore, grow, and be fully yourself.
