Even when life feels overwhelming, there is a core within you that holds resilience, wisdom, and strength. Yet trauma or anxiety may have left you feeling disconnected from yourself or your sense of belonging. Therapy can be a place to gently reclaim your voice, integrate the parts of yourself that have been silenced, and reconnect with what makes you feel alive.
I work with both teens and adults who are navigating developmental trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, perfectionism, relationship issues, codependency, and self-esteem struggles. I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can explore these experiences while also honoring your own inner wisdom.
My approach is relational, collaborative, and flexible. I draw from a variety of therapeutic perspectives, including attachment theory, psychodynamics, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and somatic interventions, tailoring them to meet your needs. I value the connection between mind and body and often look to nature and its rhythms as inspiration for healing and renewal.
I see therapy as a journey back to wholeness—sometimes messy, often challenging, but always rooted in the possibility of growth and deeper connection. My role is to walk alongside you with warmth and curiosity, trusting that you already carry the seeds of healing. Together, we’ll work to uncover your own unique path toward the life and relationships you want to create.

I am a clinical social work intern with a passion for supporting individuals who are navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, and the often unspoken search for meaning and connection in their lives. I specialize in working with artists, creatives, and highly sensitive individuals—people who often experience the world with deep intensity and nuance, but who may also feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves.
As an artist, I understand the unique emotional and psychological terrain that comes with a creative life, whether that be visual artists, musicians, writers, performers, or those who simply think outside the box. The highs of inspiration, the lows of self-doubt, the pressure to produce, and the vulnerability of being truly seen. Therapy with me offers space to explore these dynamics in a way that honors both your artistry and your humanity.
I believe that therapy is not just about symptom relief, but about discovering how to live with more intention, clarity, and self-understanding. Together, we’ll explore what matters to you—what gives your life texture, meaning, and direction—and help you develop the tools to move forward with confidence and care.
This work isn’t always easy, but you don’t have to do it alone.
